Customizing Columns in Members and Inventory Lists

In both the Members module and the Inventory module, you can customize what columns appear in each list. This allows you to see only the information about your downline or about inventory items that you want to see.

To customize columns, you must first have the module open that you wish to customize (either Members or Inventory). Then, go to the View menu and click on Customize Columns. There you can move any information you wish from "Available Columns" to "Selected Columns." All pieces of data appearing here in the Selected Columns list will be shown as columns in the module.

Did you know SBOSS has a feature that automatically updates your Inventory?

The Inventory Update feature is available by clicking in the Online menu, then choosing Download Inventory Update, or, by opening the Inventory module  and clicking on the yellow lightning bolt.

The Inventory Update will download new information from Shaklee, including new items, price changes and updates, and shipping/handling information.  Using this feature frequently will help you, and therefore your downline and customers, to have the most current information on all of Shaklee's products.
